If you email us here:info@footiemad.co.uk with subject heading Footiemad Birthday Club and give us your child's name, Date of Birth and a contact email address, we will email you a 10% discount code 2 weeks before their birthday. This way you can either buy something for your child's birthday or let them choose items using their birthday money. Codes are valid for one month.
