Distance Selling regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days after receipt of goods to return them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Refunds
14 day no quibble refund policy. Goods must be returned in new/unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us. Where an item is faulty we may at our discretion refund the return shipping cost paid. Please note that personalised items can not be returned for a refund, due to their nature. 

Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Product Details
Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. In the case of unboxed items the price of the equivalent regular goods may be shown for reference only. Some items may be marked not for individual sale. By submitting your order to us you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product. We make every effort try to ensure all products marked as such are identified on the system.

Payment can be made using options shown at checkout. Visa or Mastercard payments through our secure gateway PayPal are therefore subject to the gateway terms and conditions.  Payments made over the phone are subject to Barclays Merchant Processing's terms and conditions.

Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a period of 30 days.

Order Confirmation
You may be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with our store. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Personal and credit card details are sent to PayPal using secure Internet Technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.

Statutory Rights
